Most of our customer service is handled by our customer service team at BookSource, our UK distributor. You may order a Sandstone Press book either directly, through this web site.

Alternatively, if you prefer to order and pay by cheque, you can do so by post. Please make cheques payable to ‘BookSource’ and remember to include postage costs (see below). Send your order to:-

UK: £2.50 for the first book and 50p per book thereafter
Europe: £4.00 for the first book and £1.00 per book thereafter
Rest of World: £5.00 for the first book and £1.00 per book thereafter
Delivery times

UK: 3-5 working days from receipt of order
Rest of World: please allow at least 14 days from receipt of order. If you need a book urgently, call the BookSource customer service line on +44-(0)845 370 0067 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
Ebooks will be delivered by the internet almost instantaneously.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel an order, please call the BookSource customer service line on +44-(0)845 370 0067 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) as quickly as possible and speak to one of our customer service team. If the book has already been dispatched, you will have to return the book once you receive it (see Returns, below).


Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book in its original condition for a full refund. Please contact the BookSource customer service team on +44-(0)845 370 0067 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm) or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for a ‘returns authorisation’, stating the reason for the return and quoting your invoice details. You will be given the address to which to return the book. Please note that Sandstone Press Ltd cannot pay return postage costs unless there has been a processing error or the book is damaged or defective.
